There is no better way to explore the beautiful nature around Summerland than on horseback. Our well-trained and responsive horses are happy to take you for a trail ride! Our rides accommodate all riders, from beginners to professionally trained equestrians. We offer both English and Western riding.
Ride times vary from 1 hour up to 3 hours along stunning trails and views of Garnet Valley and the Okanagan Lake.
Every ride is lead by a professional guide. We keep our groups as small as possible and match riders depending on their riding ability. This way we aim to give every guest the best possible experience.
*Children must be 10 + years old for trail rides, if younger we offer riding lessons (see below)
RIDING LESSONS
At Wildhorse Mountain Guest Ranch we also offer riding lessons. We accommodate to all riding levels, from beginners to advanced riders. We also offer weekend dressage clinic getaways. Please inquire for more info.
For our little riders we offer several different kids riding packages. During these, one of our instructors walks next to, or lunges the pony.
