KAMU Children's Pottery Classes, Camps & Birthdays

Kathleen brings a broad range of experience and enthusiasm to her ceramic work and teaching. She began her study of ceramics in San Francisco and then apprenticed in Santorini Greece with master potter Andreas Makaris where she learned traditional hand-building and wheel techniques. She studied glaze chemistry in Athens , Greece.

CLASSES & CAMPS

Kathleen offers a variety of classes for ages 3 + including preschool classes, after school classes, private and adult classes! Camps are offered throughout the year - stay tuned on the website for up to date information!

BIRTHDAYS

Celebrate your birthday at Kathleen’s pottery studio located in a rural setting just outside Penticton. It is the perfect place to offer a fun, unique and creative birthday party. In good weather, take time to visit the chickens, explore the beautiful garden and enjoy the swings.

Using hand-building or the wheel all can create two clay pieces. The works of Art will take a few weeks after the event to complete the process of drying, glazing and firing.
