Located in beautiful Penticton, BC, Ethos Parkour and Movement is the only parkour gym located in the South Okanagan; summer, fall, winter or spring, if you or your child is looking for a great way to be active, this is the place to be!

Unlike anything you will see in the Okanagan, our family-run gym is a diverse environment including a complete bar set up, and an incredible construct of towering obstacles that will challenge your imagination! Kids, youth and adults have a blast exploring, running, climbing, jumping, playing and working out; getting fit and learning useful skills along the way!

From summer camps to weekly classes; laser tag birthday parties to Friday night youth / adult open gym drop in’s; there is tons of fun to be had! Build self confidence, assess risk, and overcome fear – discover your personal limits and challenge yourself. Meet new people! (tons of friendships have had their start in our gym!)

Best of all, we are a family friendly community of support! Whatever your age or level of fitness, we will encourage and cheer you on as you embark on your journey into parkour. BIRTHDAYS 

Our birthday parties are a blast!! Our coach will give your group an overview of parkour safety, then it’s time to dive into games! From ‘floor is lava’ to lights out with glow-in-the-dark laser tag, your crew will want to come back!! Parkour beginners are welcome!
